Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning
We work with clients to devise appropriate estate plans to suit their needs, such as simple wills, disclaimer trust wills, and trusts. To ensure that every client’s estate plan is complete, we recommend executing a Power of Attorney, a Living Will, and a Health Care Proxy.
Probate & EState administration
We assist with the administration of a loved one’s estate, beginning with the initiation of a probate or administration proceeding in Surrogate’s Court, locating the decedent’s beneficiaries, and transferring the decedent’s assets, including the sale of the decedent’s home and personal possessions, if necessary. We then prepare the accounting and close the estate, ensuring that the process is handled as seamlessly as possible.
